These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers via the SojaLicht online shop (www.sojalicht.de).

Product presentations in the shop do not constitute a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon order confirmation or dispatch of the goods.

All prices are final prices. In accordance with § 19 UStG, VAT is not shown. Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

PayPal, Klarna, bank transfer (advance payment), cash payment on collection.

Delivery within Germany via Hermes or Deutsche Post. For handmade items, delivery times may vary depending on production.

The goods remain the property of SojaLicht until full payment has been received.

The statutory right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the provided withdrawal information.

Statutory warranty rights apply. Minor differences resulting from handmade production do not constitute a defect.

Liability for damages is excluded except in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.
