No right of withdrawal
As our products are made individually, by hand and to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with § 312g(2) no. 1 BGB.Each soy candle and each plaster decor item is hand-poured only after we receive your order and made individually (colour, shape, scent or a combination).

Withdrawal from the contract or returning the goods is excluded, unless the product has a material or manufacturing defect.
