We want shopping to be hassle-free. If something went wrong — we’ll help quickly and clearly. Below you’ll find simple rules and a form that lets us handle your case efficiently.
Complaint (damage / defect / mismatch)
If the product arrived damaged, has a defect, or doesn’t match your order — please submit a complaint. What helps us most: your order number, a short description, and photos of the product and packaging.
Order number, product name, issue description, and 1–5 photos (product + packaging).
The more accurate the description, the faster we can propose a solution (replacement / refund / other).
We’ll contact you by email with a decision and next steps (e.g. return address or replacement).
Once the case is closed, we’ll confirm by email and process the refund/replacement as agreed.
Return (withdrawal from the contract)
If you want to return your purchase — fill out the form and we’ll send return instructions and details. The product should be properly secured for transport.
How to prepare a return
- Provide your order number and contact details.
- Pack the product so it won’t be damaged in transit (preferably in the original packaging).
- Include a short note saying “Return” — it helps us identify the shipment.
